Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Aivynzo by a business (the "customer") and its users. By using the service the customer accepts them.

The customer is responsible for its users, for keeping their sign-ins safe, and for what is done in its workspace.

The service may not be used for unlawful calls or messages, to call people who have asked not to be called, to deceive or defraud, or against the rules on telemarketing, consent and recording that apply to the calls made. The customer obtains the consents the law requires before calling, texting or recording.

Plans are priced per agent per month in US dollars as shown on the Pricing page. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears and are due within 14 days; an unpaid invoice suspends the service until it is paid. Packs are paid in advance from the balance.

The customer owns its data. Aivynzo processes it to provide the service, keeps it as the customer sets, and deletes it when asked or when the service ends, as the law allows.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is; we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

The customer may stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid.
