Who we are
Aivynzo provides a calling and conversation-intelligence service to businesses ("customers"). For the calls, messages and contacts a customer keeps in Aivynzo, the customer decides what is collected and why; Aivynzo processes that data for the customer. For the people who visit this site or sign up, Aivynzo decides, and this policy applies.
What we collect
From this site: what you send us in a form — your name, work e-mail, company, phone and message — and the page and campaign you came from. From customers' use of the service: account details of their users, and the calls, recordings, transcripts, messages and contacts they keep in it.
Why
To answer you and provide the service; to bill for it; to keep it secure and working; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customers' call data to advertise.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service — the hosting, the telephony carrier that connects calls and messages, the speech-to-text and AI providers that write transcripts and summaries, the payment provider and the e-mail provider — each under its own terms, for that purpose only.
How long
Recordings and transcripts are kept for the period the customer sets (12 months unless changed); billing records as long as the law requires; enquiries from this site as long as needed to answer and follow them up.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. If your data is in a customer's workspace, ask that customer; we help them answer. Write to us at the address on this site.
Security
See Security for how the service keeps data.
Changes
We will post any change here with its date.
