Five call reports every manager should check weekly

October 13, 2026 · Aivynzo team

Reports: call volume by week, outcomes, and when calls happen

Dashboards are easy to build and hard to use. A manager with ten minutes on a Monday needs five views, in order, each answering one question. Here they are, as Aivynzo shows them.

1. Volume: are we making enough calls?

Call volume week by week, completed, incoming and missed side by side. A drop is the first sign of a problem — a list that ran dry, a number that stopped working, a team short of people.

2. Outcomes: how do calls end?

Completed, no answer, busy, failed. A rising share of unanswered calls usually means the wrong time of day or a caller ID customers do not trust — not lazy agents.

3. When calls happen: are we calling at the right time?

A heat map of calls by weekday and hour, in your own time. Put the busiest calling hours where customers answer, and plan breaks where the map is pale.

4. What customers want

From the AI's reading of every analysed call: the intent behind each call — a demo, the price, support — with the lead score each brings, and the hottest leads to act on now.

5. The objections you hear most

The objections customers raise, the exact words they use, how often each was resolved, and the answers that worked. Share the best answers with the team — it is the fastest coaching there is.

Make it a habit

Each view works for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, for the team or just you, and the reports can be exported. Ten minutes a week, the same five views, in the same order — and you will see a problem the week it starts.
